Organic Certified Virgin Coconut Oil -  does not  increase blood cholesterol levels
and thus does not cause heart disease.  It is  known to have many health benefits.  
It does not contain Trans-Fat.  Coconut oil is less likely to cause obesity compared
to other oils. The body easily digests MCFA.  Coconut is composed mostly of MCFA
thus it easily  digested by  the body and  processed  as energy  rather  than  being
stored by the body as fat.  Other oils such as animal based fats or polyunsaturated
oils  (such as Soya bean,  corn oil, and  canola oil) contain  LCFA,  which  promotes
cholesterol  and  is stored easily as  body fat.  Coconut oil  contains very effective
anti-microbial properties.  Coconut oil is rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT).  
MCT  is  known to have  many  health benefits, most notably its  anti-aging effects,
potential anti-cancer effects and anti-microbial/anti-viral properties. Since coconut
oil is rich in  MCT  it promotes good health and quick healing.   It is used in healing
by  most  Asian countries like the  Philippines and  the Pacific Islands.

Organic Certified RBD Coconut Oil - is produced by processing the Crude coconut
oil by  refining, bleaching, and then deodorizing (RBD)  to make it suitable for food
applications.  The resulting  RBD coconut oil  is bland in  taste, light in color, lacks
off-flavors  and has good resistance to  oxidation,  imparting  superior  tasting and
keeping quality on finished product. RBD coconut oil is also used in the production
of coconut based specialty fats such as  margarine fats, shortening, creaming fats,
ice cream fats, etc.  RBD Coconut oil is  excellent as cooking oil and can withstand
high temperatures  and does not breakdown easily compared to other oils.  Unlike
polyunsaturated  oils  that easily combine with oxygen in air to become rancid, the  
coconut oil has a natural resistance to oxidation.   

Organic Certified Crude Coconut Oil - is produced by processing the dried coconut
meat  or copra.  It is hammer-milled to  small granules and  mechanically pressed to
extract the coconut oil.  The product  after  extracting the coconut oil from copra is
called  Crude Coconut Oil.  Copra contains about  65% to 72% oil,  and oil made from
the copra is called  Crude coconut oil.  Crude coconut oil  is processed from copra
by  expeller press. It is not  considered fit for human consumption until it has been
refined.  Coconut  oil accounts  for  approximately  20%  of  all vegetable  oils  used
worldwide.  Coconut oil is  used in  margarines,  vegetable  shortening, salad  oils,
confections, and is also used in the manufacture of  soaps, detergents, shampoos,
cosmetics, candles, glycerin and synthetic rubber. Coconut oil is very healthy.

Organic Certified Coconut Flour  -  is made from  fresh  organic  coconut meat. The
meat is dried  and defatted  and  then finely  ground into  a  powder  very similar in
consistency to wheat flour. Coconut flour is high in dietary fiber and protein, and is
gluten-free. It has more fiber than gluten-based grains. It can be added to standard
wheat-based recipes to add  extra fiber,  by substituting  10-20% of the grain-based
flour  with  coconut flour.  Since it  contains  natural  sugar from  the coconut meat,
baked goods need less sugar added. The organic coconut flour has a mildly sweet
coconut  taste.  Coconut Flour,  the low-carb, high-fiber,  good  source  of  protein,
gluten-free  alternative to  wheat flour  for  baking  and cooking.  Coconut  Flour is
ideal for baking  low-carb breads  and  baked  goods.  It has  fewer  digestible (net)
carbs than  any  other flour, including soy.  It even has  fewer digestible carbs than
most vegetables.

Organic Certified Desiccated Coconut - is produced from fresh coconut and comes
in different cuts depending on how they are processed.  Desiccated coconut is the
shredded white meat of the  coconut from which the moisture has been extracted.  
It's available either as Macaroon or Fine, Medium, Fancy Shred, Flakes, and Chips.  
It also comes either as Toasted or as  Toasted Sweetened.  Desiccated  coconut in
all forms is suitable for both  sweet and savory dishes, but is used mainly in cakes,
biscuits,  and  as  chocolate  filling.  The  longer  strands  like  the  Fancy  Shred or
Flakes are usually used for garnishing and decorating.

Organic Certified Banana Chips - is produced from unripe bananas, of which slices
are  deep-fried  in oil  and sugar and honey may be added.  The  banana  chips  are
produced from the  Cardava Variety,  which is available in commercial quantity only
in the Philippines.  It is a healthy snack.  It does not contain  any preservative.  It is
also used by the  world’s largest cereal companies, snack food manufacturers, and
the muesli industry.  

Organic Certified Copra Meal and Copra Cake - is used as animal feeds. It has high
oil levels and protein, which is very fattening for stock. The copra meal provides a
good  source of  high  quality protein. Copra Meal is a  highly  digestible  feed. The
high fiber and  protein level is utilized to full  benefit by a high natural  lycine level
uncommon  in  other feeds  consequently less  feed is  required to  gain  maximum
results.  It produces firm fat in pigs and cattle.
